We begin with awareness. Through deep exploration, we uncover the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and behaviours holding you back and help you clearly define what it is you actually want. This stage is about creating space for clarity and setting the energetic tone for everything to come.

Rewire the mind through Functional Imagery Training (FIT).

In this phase, we shift your inner world. Using neuroscience-backed mental imagery contrasting tools, we activate your future self and begin rewriting your identity at the subconscious level. This isn't about forcing change, it’s about becoming the version of you who already lives the life you desire.

Integrate lifestyle medicine prescriptions into daily life.

Why the Butterfly?

The butterfly symbol was chosen to represent this method because it reflects the very essence of transformation. From caterpillar to cocoon to flight, each stage is essential. At Inner Glow Clinic, we honour this natural process blending strength with softness, structure with grace. We don’t push change. We create space for it to unfold beautifully, in its own time.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about coming back to the version of you that already exists; aligned, empowered, and effortlessly whole.

  • This was my first time trying functional imagery and I was surprised by how vividly I could imagine the tasks you asked me to visualise.

    This session helped me realize how easy it is to make small, productive changes to my life to achieve my goals. Through this session, I was able to capture what my ideal day would look like in a span of 5 minutes and it really helped me pinpoint where I can adjust my schedule to achieve my goals.

  • I feel amazing after the mental Imagery exercise! It was so clear in my mind this time & I felt on top of the world :)

    After 4 weeks, I lost 3kg, I'm eating less of snacks such as salt & vinegar crisps (reduced weekly intake from 6 packs per week to 2/3) & I am sourcing alternatives such as rice cakes & oatcakes. I'm snacking less in the evenings with a 9pm deadline & this is helping my sleep & moods massively! I'm feeling more inspired to try new recipes & love trying to get more vegetables into my diet.   • Hey Jane the session was very motivating!!!

    I went into the session skeptical about whether it was actually going to be useful. But during the session I was very surprised by how good and powerful it is to imagine a better and worse self. It left me feeling very motivated and empowered to start working on a better me! I realised that it is do-able to become a better version and will follow the plan we agreed on.
