My Mission

I’m Jane, Pharmacist, Mental Imagery Coach, and the founder of Inner Glow Clinic. After years of supporting individuals through clinical care, I kept hearing the same ache: “I know what I should be doing. I just can’t seem to do it.”

Inner Glow Clinic was born from that in-between space-the place where behaviour meets belief, and where science meets soul.

My mission is to offer a deeply supportive, judgment-free space for anyone navigating lifestyle-driven conditions like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, obesity, emotional eating, or burnout.

My promise is to help you build health from the inside out.

  • I turn lifestyle advice from your doctor or pharmacist into step-by-step routines, rituals, and mindset tools that actually work for you.

  • If you feel like you've "failed too many times," I’ll help you rebuild self-trust and reconnect with the version of you who keeps going.

At Inner Glow Clinic, our approach blends neuroscience-backed mental imagery coaching with lifestyle medicine to create sustainable, effortless transformation. Using our signature Inner Glow Method™, we rewire the subconscious through Functional Imagery Training (FIT) and pair it with personalised wellness rituals around sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress.

My Approach

  • I feel amazing after the mental Imagery exercise! It was so clear in my mind this time & I felt on top of the world :)

    After 4 weeks, I lost 3kg, I'm eating less of snacks such as salt & vinegar crisps (reduced weekly intake from 6 packs per week to 2/3) & I am sourcing alternatives such as rice cakes & oatcakes. I'm snacking less in the evenings with a 9pm deadline & this is helping my sleep & moods massively! I'm feeling more inspired to try new recipes & love trying to get more vegetables into my diet. I'm keen to try some smoothies :) Thank you so much for everything.

  • Hey Jane the session was very motivating!!!

    I went into the session skeptical about whether it was actually going to be useful. But during the session I was very surprised by how good and powerful it is to imagine a better and worse self. It left me feeling very motivated and empowered to start working on a better me! I realised that it is do-able to become a better version and will follow the plan we agreed on.   • This was my first time trying functional imagery and I was surprised by how vividly I could imagine the tasks you asked me to visualise.

    This session helped me realize how easy it is to make small, productive changes to my life to achieve my goals. Through this session, I was able to capture what my ideal day would look like in a span of 5 minutes and it really helped me pinpoint where I can adjust my schedule to achieve my goals.
