Hey, I’m Jane Msumba, multi-award winning pharmacist, independent prescriber, certified mental imagery practitioner, and founder of Inner Glow Clinic.

After years in clinical practice, I noticed a recurring pattern. The women I worked with didn’t lack health information about healthy habits, they had access to guidance everywhere, from consultations and leaflets to online resources and AI tools. They knew what to do.

What they struggled with was sustaining it.

I saw the real gap wasn’t knowledge, it was identity alignment and self-trust. Without an internal shift, healthy habits remained temporary.

Inner Glow Clinic was created to bridge that gap, blending clinical pharmacy insight, lifestyle medicine, and identity-led behavioural science to support sustainable change from the inside out.
