Hey, I’m Jane, a pharmacist, certified mental imagery practitioner, and health coach, and the heart behind Inner Glow Clinic.

Through years in consultation rooms and pharmacy settings, I saw that women weren’t struggling from lack of knowledge, but from lack of support, self-trust, and identity-aligned guidance.

I created Inner Glow Clinic as a gentle, science-backed space where women can feel seen, safe, and supported as they return to the version of themselves they’ve always been becoming.
