Rather than trying to force new habits, One Hundred Inner Glow Lessons invites you to reconnect with the person you are becoming. Through gentle reflection and identity-led prompts, the journal helps cultivate intrinsic motivation, clarity, and self-trust from within.
This approach is inspired by the work of Jane Msumba, pharmacist, health coach, and Functional Imagery Training practitioner, and the philosophy behind Inner Glow Clinic.
Through her clinical and coaching work, Jane observed that many women already know what supports their wellbeing, yet sustaining those habits often feels difficult.
The gap is rarely knowledge.
More often, it is identity.
This journal was created as a companion to help bridge that space.
